All orders are directly shipped from our workshop. We curretnly ship to the US, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Singapore.

Shipping is free on orders over $US50.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–14 days depending on the destination.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at customer@shyangstudio.com or by using the contact form below and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The timing of the funds appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please include a short description and a photo — we’ll take care of it.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, for Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore orders, duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. We’re unable to issue refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to customs restrictions or refused delivery.
